Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in Coaching & Mentorship Programs ("Programs") offered by Rosie J Pova and affiliates ("Mentor" or "we") through various websites and services. By enrolling in any of our Programs, you ("Client" or "you") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Program Participation
Client agrees to the following obligations:
1.1 Attendance and Engagement: Client must attend scheduled sessions and actively participate in all aspects of the Program. This includes studying provided lessons, completing assignments, and engaging in writing exercises.
1.2 Openness to Feedback: Client must be open to feedback, willing to make revisions, and implement guidance to the best of their ability.
1.3 Respectful Behavior: Client agrees to be respectful towards Mentor, Coaches, and fellow students. Any derogatory behavior, racism, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without any refunds.
2. Program Structure
2.1 Direct Mentorship: Client acknowledges the possibility of working directly with Mentor or, in some cases, with the Mentor’s Team of Professionals, Assisting Coaches, or supporting faculty and/or kidlit guest professionals.
3. Payment
3.1 Financial Obligations: Client agrees to fulfill their financial obligations promptly, as outlined in the selected Program payment plan.
3.2 Account Standing: If payment is overdue by more than 7 days or if there are more than 3 unexcused absences, the account is considered not in good standing. Failure to maintain an account in good standing may result in a pause of membership or immediate cancellation.
3.3 Workshops and Opportunities: Client understands that participation in Agent and Editor workshops and corresponding submission and/or pitch party opportunities are only available to members with accounts in good standing.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for Program enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Legal Agreement
5.1 No Legal Actions: Client agrees, on their behalf and through a third party, not to file, initiate, support, or participate in any lawsuit against Mentor, Mentor’s Team, or affiliates.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 No Guarantee of Publication: Client acknowledges that Mentorships and Coaching Programs do not guarantee book publication or securing agent representation. These Programs are intended to assist the Client in advancing their writing craft and publishing knowledge, in good faith, and to support them on their writing journey for the duration of the Program, increasing their chances of reaching their writing and publishing goals. Results may vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
By enrolling in any of our Programs, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of your membership in the Program without any refunds.

7. Confidentiality and Plagiarism
7.1 Confidentiality Obligation: Client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared writing, story ideas, and creative brainstorming sessions conducted during the Program. Client shall not disclose, share, or reproduce any information, materials, or concepts shared within the Program without the express consent of the originator.
7.2 Prohibition of Plagiarism: Plagiarism, in any form, is strictly prohibited. Client shall not use, replicate, or present the work of others as their own. Any act of plagiarism may result in immediate termination of membership without any refunds and may lead to other consequences.
By enrolling in any of our Programs, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these confidentiality and plagiarism provisions. Violation of these provisions may result in severe consequences, including termination of Program membership.
8. Right to Decline Work
8.1 Mentor's Discretion: Rosie J. Pova and her affiliate coaches reserve the right to decline working on stories that they, at their sole discretion, deem triggering, lacking creative potential, or for any other reason. Such decisions will be made in the best interest of the Client and the overall Program.
By enrolling in any of our Programs, you acknowledge and accept that Rosie J. Pova and her affiliate coaches have the right to make such determinations and that their decisions will be final.
